To Cook
1. The first thing you need to do is marinade your chicken, this can be done a day, week, month before you cook it. All you need to do is slightly crush and peel a few garlic pieces and add a few quarters of lime slightly squeezed over the chicken. Wrap it up and put in the freezer or fridge.
2. Put on your water for your noodles and add when the water boils. Be careful how long you need to cook the noodles as you may need to add them in closer to the time you have finished the stir fry.
3.Heat the oil in the wok and cook the chicken. Cook until just about cooked through so there shouldn't be too much browning on the outside and remove (to be added later)
4. Add more oil to the wok and add the onions and cook for about 30 seconds, before adding the Broccoli, Pepper, Beans and carrots in last and fry for about 1 - 2 minutes.
5. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce and stir in.
6. Meanwhile check your noodles to make sure the are not too soft and strain.
7. Add the chicken back to the wok and then add the noodles and cook for another minute or two
