200g Peeled Sea Prawns Salad Leaves (any type - the more exotic the better) 1/2 tsp Paprika 2 tbsp of Tomato Sauce 3 - 4 tbsp of Light Mayonnaise (home made if possible) 2 tbsp Worcester Sauce /chilli sauce or any spicy sauce Pinch of Chives (fine spring onion as an alternative) 2 - 4 Seeded wholemeal Wraps
To Cook
1. In A bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, mayonnaise, paprika and chives. Taste occasionally to get the consistency you want and add more if needed(try to use as little mayonnaise as possible).
2.Once the sauce is right, Add your prawns and then add salt and pepper to season.
3. Evenly lay the prawns out on the wrap and put the salad leaves throughout. We have used a seeded wrap as the seeds contain sources of omega 3 & 6 which should be part of your daily diet. Fold from the bottom up and roll from one side to the other.
4. Cut in Half and serve with either salad leaves or extra chives.
